Site Build Teams Event & Festival Crewing
Site Builds Done Properly, and Stress-Free
Whether you are launching a festival in the park, a private home, or a city-center brand activation, the success of your project depends on the first hands-on site. You need a crew that arrives ready to work, understands the pace of a live build, and follows technical direction without needing constant supervision or babysitting.
Event Crewing
Our event crewing and on-site staff are trusted by festival directors and production managers who need a dependable frontline team that doesn’t just add to their management workload. We arrive on time, follow the brief, and seamlessly become part of your production team.
➤ Frontline Event Staff – Stewards, accreditation staff, access control, and stage support crew who understand site pressure and keep things moving.
➤ Back of House Support – Moving furniture, setting up dressing rooms, and keeping the backstage area tidy and organised for artists and guests.
➤ Runner Teams – Handling urgent errands and administrative tasks across the site so your production office stays on top of the schedule.
Event Operations Support
Our backstage operations help you to connect your artists with the operations teams while keeping that magic illusion of calm and controlled, and invisible to the punters. We handle the small details so you can focus on the event itself.
➤ Artist Liaison & Hosting – The main point of contact for artists and managers, from accreditation to dressing room management.
➤ Production Office Support – Assisting with accreditation, radio hand-outs, and real-time schedule updates – this is our bread and butter
➤ Runner & Logistics Teams – Solving unexpected site problems, from emergency supply runs to moving talent between hotels and stage.
LOGISTICS & SPECIALIST ROLES
Live event logistics rarely go exactly to plan. Our logistics and specialist crews keep those moving parts aligned – covering transport coordination, equipment handling, access control, and operational flow across your entire site.
➤ Transport Coordination – Managing vehicle movement and load-in/load-out scheduling to keep roads clear, deliveries on track and meet council’s traffic management requirements
➤ Accreditation & Front of House – Wristband distribution, credential checks, and gate support to protect your workflow and restricted zones.
➤ Specialist Operators – Telehandler drivers, site machinery operators, and health & safety support staff with the correct tickets for site work.
Precision De-rig & Site Clearance
The de-rig is often the most demanding phase of any event. Our teams maintain high energy levels from first call to final sweep, returning your venue to its original condition – fast, clean, and fully compliant.
➤ Systematic Dismantling – Structured breakdown of all site infrastructure with careful packing to prevent damage in transit.
➤ Full Site Sweeps – Thorough clearance of the entire footprint to return the venue to its original condition, and on time. Leave no trace wherever possible.
➤ Waste Management Support – Ensuring the site meets environmental compliance requirements before handback.

Why Choose Got Hustle
In the events world, “done properly, safely and on schedule” is what really matters. Our site build teams understand what’s needed. We know that if the Track Mat is not down, the ground can be ruined (to the councils/land owners disgust) and if the HERAS fencing isn’t up your site can be a free for all, if the site is not secure no one can leave site. We understand all the small things that make Production into Reality.
A Grounded, Practical Approach
We avoid over-fluffing our crews, or over promising and under-providing like some providers in our industry. With Got Hustle, you will get a crew with a strong work ethic and the physical stamina to handle 12-hour shifts in UK weather. Having polite, helpful, and sometimes funny, individuals on-site is something we take great pride in (yet we are certainly not always proud of some of the bad jokes!).
Health and Safety as Standard
Event sites are high-risk environments involving plant machinery and heavy loads. We’re sure it’s no suprise that the Health and Safety Executives’, website confirms that most on-site accidents occur during the build and de-rig phases. Our crews are experienced and briefed on site-specific risks and will always wear the correct PPE. We always make sure that our teams follow the Risk Assessments and Method Statements created by you.
Communication That Works
There is nothing worse than a crew that disappears when you need them. Our team leaders remain contactable and proactive. If a problem arises on-site, we help you find a practical way to fix it, with as little disruption to schedule as possible. These things can happen, but managing communication properly is the only way to make sure nothing comes between the team and the event schedule.
The Advantage of an experienced Site Build Team
Hiring a dedicated crew reduces the mental load on your production managers, and your organisation team . Instead of managing individual temporary staff members, you get a cohesive unit that works together.
We provide that layer of experience and organisation. Our site build teams are trained to be respectful of venues, mindful of noise, and efficient with their time management.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Areas does Got Hustle Cover?
We regularly support events, festivals and productions across the UK, including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth and Brighton. Whilst our network originated in the South, we have many clients in Northern England, as well as some awesome event partners in Scotland. We are able to, and often do, scale reliable crews nationwide for most project requirements.
Do your crews have their own PPE?
Yes. All our site build teams arrive with standard high-visibility vests, steel toe capped boots, and gloves. If your site requires specific gear like hard hats or ear protection, just let us know and the team will bring theirs along.
Can you work overnight or on bank holidays?
We know better than anyone that event operations don’t always stop at 5 PM (though I’m sure we’ve all had moments we wish they did!). We are able to help provide 24/7 support for overnight de-rigs and weekend builds to meet your licensing requirements or venue return deadlines.
Do your teams have CSCS cards or plant tickets?
Many of our crew members hold CSCS cards or specific tickets for telehandlers and forklifts. Let us know your requirements when you submit an enquiry, and then we can set up the right team for you.
